Eric Green and Jeffrey Sklarz established the Green & Sklarz Foundation to support their charitable work in the Greater New Haven area. The Foundation partners with charitable organizations in areas that:
- Support local institutions
- Improve and support local schools
- Foster excellence in young leadership
- Support Low Income Taxpayer Clinics
Rooted in the New Haven community
The founders are both actively involved in their local community boards. Attorney Eric Green has served on the board of the New Haven Jewish Foundation, Temple Beth Sholom, and Ezra Academy. Attorney Jeffrey Sklarz serves on the board of the Jewish Community Center of Greater New Haven.
Eric and Jeff are also the principals of Green & Sklarz LLC, a boutique law firm that represents businesses and individuals with complex financial problems, including tax, bankruptcy, and litigation.

The Green & Sklarz Foundation Trust is a 501(c)(3) entity. Contributions may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.
